A product quality announcement dossier for domestically manufactured products includes:

• The business registration certificate of a Vietnamese trader or the license to establish the representative office of the foreign manufacturing company (02 notarized copies).
• Certificate of eligibility for food hygiene and safety (02 notarized copies)
• Report of product testing results (for main quality criteria, quality index and related hygiene criteria).
• Product label or product label photo and draft sub-label content (with trader’s stamp).
• 03 product label samples.
• Trademark registration certificate, or trademark registration declaration with the application seal of the Department of Intellectual Property

Product quality announcement dossiers for products imported from abroad include:

• • Business registration license a notarized copy of the company announced;
  • Certificate of product testing results (CA): 02 originals or authenticated copies (for major quality indicators, quality indicators and related hygiene criteria).

  Certificate of Free Sale (CFS): Original or consularly legalized copy;

  • Certificate of eligibility for food hygiene and safety or ISO 22,000 by the manufacturer
  • Product label or product label photo and draft sub-label content (with trader’s stamp);
  • Trademark registration certificate, or trademark registration declaration with the application seal of the Department of Intellectual Property.
